The company specializes in repairing, reconstruction and modernization of wagons . Transvagon - Burgas  meets the requirements of DB for maintenance of wagons and has trained staff , facilities and equipment necessary for these activities. Important for the quality repair and reconstruction are the available separate compartments and workshops. Great significance has the workshop for the repair of wheelsets, bearings and axle boxes, where they are being certified, bearings and axle boxes are cleaned in special machines. Then comes the compartment for bogie- repairs, that has a stand for measurement and tests.

Another separate section is the one for repairs of the braking equipment , with stands for inspection and repair of the units and appliances, and a special section for diagnosis and repair of functional valves with electronic reporting of test results. Essential is also the workshop for repair of the wagon boxes, which uses a special machine to fix curves.

After the full development of the wagon and installation of necessary equipment comes the crucial for the functional characteristics and appearance of the product process. This is preparation for painting, which is performed in a chamber for thorough cleaning of the wagon. The painting is being done in the painting chamber, where a certain temperature is maintained, ensuring the quality of the painting .

In Transwagon successfully are carried out periodic repairs of wagons type Fals, Eaos, Res, Rgs, Fccpps, Rils, Uagpps and others. A large number of saddle wagons and open wagons are being repaired and modernized trough the replacement of different parts / basket, roof /. Different possibilities for the transformation of wagons were developed and tested in Transwagon - Sfps to Eaos, Gabs to Res and Eaos to Tams,

Developed in Transvagon - Burgas AD records are used in other companies. Customers and owners of these wagons are companies from Bulgaria, Austria, Czech Republic and Germany.
