Frame is welded structure consisting of one central and two outer rails, connected through beams. On each long side of the wagon 8 removable stanchions with automatic locking are installed . The wagon is equipped with 12 loading sills of solid wood.

The wagon meets the requirements and conditions of the international specifications and regulations: TSI, UIC, ERRI B12/RP17 and ERRI B55/RP8. The braking equipment consists of an automatic brake KE-GP-A (K), 2x10” and a locking brake.
